MZ_125_SX PURCHASE...

Hi everyone, new to the forum and to motorbikes.
I will be doing my CBT soon, and am in the process of purchasing a 02plate 125 SX, and i was wondering if there's anything i should look out for...
DETAILS;
Completely Standard, as factory.
2002 model.
270 miles/kilometres on the odometer.
Still original tyres.
Hasn't been run for the last six years, apart from occasional start up.
Has been kept in a dry shed.
No rust on forks.
Seller is putting in a new battery and getting it MOT'd for me.
I know the seller, he's now in his early 70's and is happy that the bike is going to someone he knows...

QUESTIONS;
Is the odometer in Kilometres or miles?
Everything i've read about the bikes (apart from german forums) seems posotive, and i'd just like some input from owners, with regards to what i should be looking for...

change the oil soon starter sprag clutch loves fresh oil

if in the usa www.pure-gas.org for good fuel it costs a bit more but bike will run better on it..

and you may not suffer the expanding gas tank problem
and it will be easier to start if it sets for a few days or weeks the gas with ethanol gets stale very fast
and the bike will be hard to start

if you take a long hard run and the oil light flickers change the oil before you change the pressure switch
idle or tickover is 1800 to 1900 rpm/udm
