Finely atomized is pretty much a code word for "will clog if you even ride past a gas station where their fuel isn't in pristine fuel tanks and brought by brand new tankers from the newest pipe lines form the newest refineries from the newest oil fields ..." Yea somehting like that.

Interesting though - if someone tries it they can post saying ... no you're wrong smartass.
Cool.

i always filter every thing i put in the tank ...even on my junk B&S lawn mower

i am about 110 miles from one of the biggest oil refineries in the eastern USA

they only ship the swill off there sediment tanks to my area

i was looking at that carb for the saxon tour it has to be better than a bing 84 cv carb
it costs a fortune for parts for it

there using it in high altitude drones
and not every thing that runs up pikes peak is 2 smokers or small displacement

i have not inquired about the rotax 504 e but will be some time this winter

as i am less then pleased with the bing that came with my saxon tour

i learned to hate bing CV carbs on several bmw bikes
there one of the reasons i kept an r90s 28 years it had delortho carbs
i never had a problem with them

My other two Rotax powered bikes (ATK & CCM) have Dellorto PHF34s. If I can find another one, the Silver Star will likely end up so equipped as well. Though I must say, I've never had any problems with the Bing CV and I don't find parts for it any more expensive than the Dellortos. The CV is likely partly responsible for my 60 mpg average fuel economy.
