New To MZ ......What am I getting myself into ?

Postby 74TS250 » Tue Oct 21, 2014 10:50 pm

I have located a low mileage 1974 TS250...Complete , running , good price. What am I getting myself into ? I have owned and restored Aermacchi's, Vespa, Hondas, Royal Enfields, Yamaha's.....I need an overview from some MZ owners as to what to expect. I love the design and history of the MZ company and have even been to the MZ museum in Berlin Germany. Please give me some insight to dependability and owner satisfaction. Thank You

most 2 cycle mz in usa are 1974 some company imported a bunch

good bike to restore as an oldie almost all parts are easy to find

the bad part is it all has shipping cost attached as all the shops are in europe
the jap bikes in a 1974 model are hard to find some or most parts
