hid lights

Postby tomtom » Thu Oct 30, 2008 3:07 pm

Thinking of fitting a pair of hid lights with ballasts as the projector lights on the mz are ideal for this type of light. A pair off on ebay complete with two bulbs ,two ballasts and all wiring about £35.00 delivered.

Any one out there fitted these on their mz. :?:

I installed HID lights on my BMW R1100S 50K miles ago. They are the single best investment I've made, better even than the Ohlins shocks. And, I just installed a single H4 moving bulb hi/lo HID on my SV650. The new one is very nice also and has a much smaller ballast that made it easy to find a place to install - in contrast to the older HIDs which have large ballasts and were difficult to mount for that reason. I got the new ones from v-leds.com. Make sure you get the "slim" ballasts. I have no relationship with v-leds.
