my 500 saxon tour has 2 13mm nut or bolts

take a flash lamp and look under edge of seat almost straight up
above the rear axle
those removed is moves up then slides back and comes loose at the front
thats how it works on my 1995 saxon tour

It's a little different on a TS150, David. The seat is held on with four bolts.

The rear two are under the mudguard, so you'll need to go digging around in the mud. With an appropriately sized extension bar and socket drive there's enough room to get to them without having to remove the back wheel.

The two front ones are hidden under the side panels. One's above the regulator (simple), the other needs you to remove the airbox which is bolted on from inside the toolbox. You need to slacken off the carb to air hose clamp as that comes off with the airbox.

It's not as difficult to do as it sounds, it's fairly obvious what to do when you get there.
