What on this bike is operated via vacuum? Fuel valve? Something in the emissions, like connected to the air box to scavenge?

On my Mastiff it`s blanked off but doesn`t it operate the fuel tap on a Skorpion?

I would just blank it off it may be a vacuum connection for a fuel tap used on a Yamaha model, XTZ660 or SZR660.
