Coolant leak

My mastiff is leaking coolant out of the weephole.
Is this what I need to get?

Hi.

That kit is for the later fuel injected, four-valve engine and is probably too comprehensive(And expensive!) for your needs.
Start with just replacing the outer pump seal first. I`ve done this on other engines (easy to do and sorted the same problem you have) but i don`t know the one you need for our engine, check out a Yamaha parts fiche.

It seems the engine may ha e been changed at some stage on my bike as the engine casings have Yamaha stamped on them.
I'll try an locate just an outer seal so.

Non that i can see.
This is the sort of thing i`m talking about, inner and outer seal that run on the shaft, if the outer one fails you see coolant on the outside, if the inner one fails you get coolant in the engine oil.
This is the Yamaha YZ450 setup, but they are all similar as far as i know.
