Uprated starter clutch available from Grahams

Postby crocodilemick » Thu Jul 30, 2015 5:56 am

Hey guys, thought I'd let you know - just been speaking with Ian at Grahams, MZ have sourced improved internals for the starter clutch and have started shipping (via Grahams), they're a bit more expensive (£130 ish instead of £115). But if they don't break, then it'll be worth it.

this has been a problem from the beginning

if you find a 125 that has been setting for a long time ..do not start it with the electric starter

new fresh gas in the carb and new oil and filter then bump start it down a hill

let the sprag clutch get oiled up by running it for a long ride

as they dry out over time

and use an oil rated for wet clutches
