Baghira engine relation

The Yamaha MT03 uses the latest version of the 660 Yamaha engine. This engine is also used in the latest XT660 trail and super moto, Aprillia Pegaso Strda and the soon to be released Derbi Mulhacen 659.
Bore and stroke are the same and it looks like the complete engine unit may interchange with the old unit. The cases from the barrel down look very similar with engine mounts appearing to be in the same places. The cylinder head is completly different though being a 4 valve item. The engine is also fed via fuel injection.
