most bikes are designed to run the headlamp all the time any more

if yours is being ran with the headlamp off it will check ok
but probely overcharge the battery

both my saxon tour and rt125 are fixed where headlamp is on all the time

thats an extra 60 watts to boil the battery dry with if you do long highway runs with the light off
