How many in the UK?

Well as we have a USA version I thought we should have a UK one, so, how many Skorpion sports left? I have seen a bit of activity on eBay recently with skorpions but DVLA state about a dozen or so inc travellers are left of which around 6 are the sports inc mine which is a 1997 red sport.

If it's just the Sport model you're counting, I know of two in Central Scotland. Plus, I know of another eight Tours and Travellers off the top of my head.

Here on the Isle of Man, apart from my own yellow sport, I know of one same colour owned by a forum member and 2 other red sports. I suspect there are one or two more that never see the light of day.

That's interesting, just been on "how many is left?" app from DVLA and states there are 5 sports showing in existence and all together 17 skorpions of mixed in the first quarter of 2012 so does that include IOM?

Not figures to be trusted. Many bikes are registered simply as "MZ" with no type or model associated at all. ( Both of mine for instance )

1500 taxed and another 1900 on sorn. But how many of those are Skorpions and how many are 2 strokes or Baggies etc ... no idea.

Isle of Man has separate license/registration and would not show up.

So up till now that's six plus mine and another two I know of including an 11 plated one two = 9 so far. More than I thought so far. It'll be interesting if we all meet one day at a central point!! I'm in west yorkshire by the way, any offers?? Eric

I've got a blue 95 Tour with full Police Rickman fairing (from a Honda 250) and givi rack/box. Sorry to say it's really only used as a runaround in bad weather as when it's nice I use my Brit bikes. In Merseyside .The bike has only 10,000 miles from new .

I have also found 2 other Sports for sale on the internet. A silver one in MCN and a black and white one on Bike Trader. There has also been a racer
on ebay recently, that I would assume is also registered but on SORN. My V5 doesn't state model type either. So with that info and the fact that we
have already exceeded the 8 Sports that are supposed to be left, I think we can safely say there are a lot more about than reported.

Thanks trident Sam although I was only counting the 'sport' models.
Also a note for 'Strike', I have counted the black and white one as I was offered it two years ago. I must say though the silver one you mentioned turned out goldish and it seems to suit the colour. As for the replica???? Who knows. Eric
