TRX 850. It's the best upgrade you can make to an Skorpion, especially when fitted with a good quality bulb (Philips +60% for me).
I can see where I'm going on low beam now on my Traveller, which is rather a novelty after years of squinting into the gloom.

Anybody have a lead on replacement wheel bearings?
Thanks!

They're just standard bearings, not MZ specific.
Take a look at:
http://www.grahamsmotorcycles.com/2010% ... _Wheel.htmand
http://www.grahamsmotorcycles.com/2010% ... _Wheel.htmOr pop your wheels off and read the part numbers of the ones you've got in there.

Thank you. We've pulled the rear wheel bearings and discovered the following engraved on the side.
6203-2R5(S?)1
Graham's confirms the first four digits. Are the last four important? Does it need to be an exact match or will any 6203 bearings work? Any one know of a good resource for these bearings here in the USA? Thanks.

Just talked to Kevin at this place:
http://www.thebigbearingstore.com/index.htmlVery knowledgeable. Front and rear bearings are very common, and they have them on hand.
For the record:
Front Wheel: 6004-1RS C3 (I learned that RS stands for rubber seals. Didn't know that before)
Rear Wheel: 6203-2RS1

All, I made a quick summary of the above info, please let me know if there are any mistakes or additions (oil filter?). The image is a .jpg but if I can figure out how to load a .pdf or embed an Excel file I will do that. Jim

I've damaged the rubber seals seating a wheel bearing. You're better off getting 2SS bearings (2 steel seals) those buggers are harder to damage seals on.
I have made better tools than the crap you buy off the shelf, so I wont damage nothing now, but its worth noting anyway.
Cool.
Srinath.

That's a nice graph. Can't wait to read a clearer version. Eric

I used the front brake light switch off of a 2002 suzuki katana 600. I suppose a lot of bikes share that brake switch as well but i thought id add it to the list.

An 89-02 US GS500 - Naked headlight also fits - and is far cheaper/easier to source.
Cool.

That list would be a lot more useful if it was more specific. There is no model of Buell that ever used the same turn signals as my '98 Traveller; it turns out that they are the same as on my 1995 Triumph Trophy. P/N T2700925. only $45 each!

The TRX 850 headlamp holds a single bulb and was never imported to the US but the FZR400RR has a twin projecter style headlamp that fits the TRX perfectly so it will fit the MZ, but be warned the std TRX headlamp shite I have had to fit a 90/130 watt bulb in mine to get a decent light

Anyone know of a substitute part for the Traveller's rear view mirrors? Or at least something that would fit?
