Major stuff

Front forks, wheels, exhaust, lower bodywork, rest subframe, no rear hugger

The carbs and engine are the same (needed to pass emissions). Magazine write ups of the day claimed the exhaust made the 2 extra HP. I've never seen a dyno comparison.

Also the front wheels have dual 280mm disks and use twin Brembo gold calipers. The rear caliper is the standard black Gimica but some have changed to the Brembo gold.

I have a spare set of the Replica wheels fitted to my Sport - rear (with carrier and sprocket) is direct fit and the fromt requires a siggle 320mm brembo disk and some shimming of the stock caliper and axle.

Very true

And to keep this rolling:

Speedo face is black
kickstand lug/stand is reshaped (I have the MuZ design drawing for the lug - long story!)
Triple clamps
Rear sets
Wheel spray guard

Yep good call on those. I always wondered about fitting a wheel hugger to the Replica, Are they effective?

Dory, you might be able to help me as you seem to know your business - I remember someone had indicated on the forum here a source of (maybe alternate?) rear brake caliper piston seals. Any ideas asi have searched but just seem to find the reference.

Phil,

I don't know of any seals for the rear but they must be out there. It might be easer to convert the rear to the Brembo - those seals are easy to find and the rear Brembo are cheap (used).

I have a factory hugger on my Sport - works well. No mounting lugs on the Replica swingarm but it would work otherwise.

Grahams has a good selection of Skorpion parts. They had everything for my fork rebuild so they might have brake components. http://www.grahamsmotorcycles.com/2010% ... n_Menu.htm
