Skorpion Tour Brakes

Postby lavrentyuk » Mon May 12, 2014 8:05 am

I have searched the forum and found the information I require but was deeply annoyed to order pads for my '01 Tour from M & P in the UK recently - and was sent the FA126 pad which frankly don't fit.

I understand now that the FA95 is the correct pad but am concerned that a website might specify the wrong part.

Unless I am mistaken and a different caliper was fitted to some Tours ? Not to my knowledge but what do you think ?

Regards,

Richard

MuZ Skorpion Tour, ETZ 300 or two (one with a sidecar - really insane mode of transport), a couple of TS125s, ETZ 125, BMW R100S and an Enfield Interceptor for daily use.
(some of them work too).

FA95 is the correct pad. I use the sintered version FA95HH. Next time you order them, just ask for the pads for a Ducati Monster 600. Front and rear are compatible.

Getting the right ones wasn't a problem, rather it was concern that a computerised system can lead to the wrong ones. Could cause a nasty mishap.
