Seems 100% dead

My Sport cup had been running fine and then the tail light busted off and I parked the bike until I could get a new one. Finally have a replacement and I went to start the bike and nothing. No light, noises, nada! Has been on a battery charger and the battery seems fine, over 13 when on the charge. Is the 15a fuse under the seat the main fuse? It seems like that might be the problem but a quick visual it seemed ok. Any other fuse? The bike was parked in a dry garage for a couple months, even ran it 1x when it was sitting. Tried with the side stand up, no difference, kill switch in the right place. Any ideas where I should start to look. Thanks

If you aren't getting anything when you turn the key, check the power going into the ignition switch. If it's not making it that far, you'll know it's a fuse or other issue. I suspect the problem is either in the ignition or before it since everything is dead.

find relay 30 and see if power is there either the red white or red black should have 12v
both will have 12 v if all the switches are on and bike is in neutral
relay 30 controls the whole bike its same as relay 19 on the 4 stroke 125mz
also unplug and replug the fuses i have had a lot of problems with bad fuses in the past few years

also did some one put it in gear :(

Thanks, I'll look for those relays with my meter tomorrow. Are they under the seat by the fuses?

I thought I had a decent battery reading but yesterday it kept reading 4+ volts so I decided to swap the battery. New battery reads 13+, old on the bench still at 4 but still nothing so I presume must be that relay. Am I correct to assume to 30 relaye is the one with 5 prongs and 4 wires connected? Not getting any readings coming off it but it may be my lack of knowledge on how to test it. Is this an item I can source at an auto parts store or is there a good source online? Thanks for the help.

Still nothing. I read the post on the 125 and replaced the relay with one I had sitting around but nothing. I may get a new one and try that. I do get voltage where the 15 amp fuse plug in and at the fuse (3A?) next to it but not at the other fuse, the 3rd in line ?? Seems to try another relay I will have to replace a few of the spade connectors. Any other thoughts?

after looking at a proper drawing
i am thinking the main switch is not working proper

on some drawings i am finding relay 30 labeled relay 21

the red wire and the red/black at the plug for the key switch
is the path of the 12 volts thru the key
check the key switch and its plug in
and also see if any wires have came loose from the bottom of the switch

red is 12volts all the time red black is hot after key is on (at the key
red/black must be hot at the relay 21/30 it is controlled by kill button and neutral sw and sidestand sw
then red /white is hot when relay closes

Thanks I have managed to get it running again. I think it was the front connector because after unplugging it and reconnecting I had lights and then it fired up. Think I'll carry a spare relay though.

Couldn't figure out posting the pic but here she is.
