Traveller headlight shaking

I've always noticed a bit of a shake in the headlight. Bulb failed a few months back. It was from one of the base wires broken through (probably from the shaking).
Had the housing off for a couple of things and notice that the reflector is loose in the housing. Aim is OK, just able to move the reflector around.
Seems there would be some springs on the adjustment screws or something.
I don't see any way to separate the lens from the housing to get in there and check what to do.
Has anyone else noticed this or had their lens off the housing?

Thanks for any info.

i have not rode mine much in the dark ...but did notice something needed to be done about the headlamp...
when i did ...lots of deer here they feed in the side yard close to where i park my cars and bikes

i have stood at the window and counted in excess of 20 one morning

and have stopped riding at night unless i go very slow about a mile to the market 20mph or less

we have very low posted speeds here and the deer are one of the reasons ...

I thought that, also. I can move the reflector with either screw.
It holds aim fine. Just odd watching the shake at idle and wondering what the cars in front see.
As long as it still works and doesn't eat bulbs often, I'm not ready to put it in the oven to take off the lens just to find out what is going on.
