Hi All.
im thinking im needing a new rear shock spring because of my weight,im 110 kilos and with the spring wound up fully it still sags alot and is stopping me set the front suspension up properly,want it hard but level,
I seem to remember the standard shock is 75kgs,,why put passenger footpegs on if the springs not rated for two people?

can anyone find any links here that talk of the rear shock or even advise of a replacement,I think ive worked out i need a

95nm x 260mm but where from ktm250sx maybe,,other springs ive seen are somewhat expensive $150..

I came across a reference to the rear springs being some kind of problem, but no details.

I had my cbr600 rear shock serviced (regass) at mct and they can test and rate your current spring and then if ness make you up a new spring.

Service of shock was around £110 and they checked the spring rate for me.

Really improved the ride and I was happy to have spent the money.
