so I have a near new 2001 baggy...only 2500 km on the clock..love the bike...my issue is that its too damn tall...I'm 6 ft with a 30" in seam...I can barely touch the ground and I dont feel safe...I've seen 30 mm lowering kits, but I'm concerned that it's not enough. Does anyone know of lowering links that will drop the bike further? has anyone ever tried lowering links from another bike? any and all input is welcome...it gotten to the point where if I cant lower it enough, I'll have to sell her...HELP!

just google dogbone lowering kits,, you'll need about 1cm bigger to lower the back end then just slide the front forks up the yolks a little to level it up..i did do a post here on the subject,,search dogbones????

anyone know how long the ones on a traveller need to be to lower it a couple inches

i am getting a bit wobbly on it ..as my legs are getting weak need the ole feet on the ground instead of toes
its got the the clip on bars risers
so the fork tubes can be reset

1 inch would be great 2 would be excellent if it does not mess to bad with the handling
