Sport Speedo Drive + flasher relay

Postby droy » Sun Dec 06, 2015 11:39 am

Guys

Removed the speedo drive 10 years ago from one of my Sports and now need to reinstall, and forgot how it works. Anyone have a picture of washers and drive ring assembly? I think I have all the parts in a box. :-D

Second thing, I have a bad flasher relay (sticks and buzzes at times). Anyone recommend a universal from the local US parts store or brand name or model number I can find on line?

Thanks

some scooter shops have them with a beeper inside so you do not forget to turn them off

and a bunch on ebay from china

even some adjustable ones

I just replaced the one on our Traveller. I found a tab mount three-connector relay rated for 4 - 6 bulbs at a local auto parts store, works fine. Don't have the bike here to check, but any 12V relay with those specs should work.
