Baghira Fuel Tank Capacity

My manual says fuel tank capacity is 12.5l and reserve 2.5l. Daft question probably but does that mean 15l in total or 12.5 total of which 2.5 is the reserve. I Guess the latter but hope for the former. Just got back from a 200 kilometre run still on main tank and was wandering how close I was getting to reserve.

I always run my bikes on reserve ...... when in town I get gas at 150km before getting gas. Mileage computed at approx 40+ m/gal in town and approx 50+m/gal on highway. I took a trip where my speed did not exceed 70 m/hr, 65 m/gal, going and coming ( only 2 gallons of gas ).

Thanks Jay. To be conservative, I will have to assume that the capacity to reserve is 10l I guess. Just filled the tank and it used 8.08l for 203.7kms on my Sunday run. In imperial terms that's 71.5mpg. Happy with that. Most of that was running at 50-60 sometimes a lot less on narrow country roads. Seems like with my style of riding 200kms before filling is a safe bet and the seat is so uncomfortable that more frequent stops are essential anyway.
