Breather pipes...

I'm just in the process of re-assembling my Mastiff after having the rear subframe powder coated, and I've got three small bore breather pipes coming up between the carb rubber 'trumpets' (in the area above the upper shock mount). I can't remember or work out where the damn things should attach!! One is transparent (kind of bluey green colour) and the other two are black rubber. I'm guessing that one hooks up to the vent on the original battery.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
Got any diagrams or pics??
