:D question small tube on carb that that join together on a tee both go to atmosphere one open the other as a non return valve ?is tis right if so why, would like photo were al pipe go if poss changing carb like for like cheers from sunny uk

Hi, this is from memory and may not be reliable. I have two breather/drains coming from my carb set, both from the left hand carb and neither has a non-return valve and both vent just above the swinging arm in front of the air box. Do you have the fuel pump still connected? If so one tube provides vacuum for the pump, if not you will need to tie it off with a tie wrap to stop it leaking air. Sorry to sound so vague, I've attached three photos I took a while ago, but I don't know how helpful they will be. I plan to take the tank off my bike in the next week or so and will try to get you a better shot of the arrangement then.

no fuel pump but I think you have found answer for me non return fitted instead of tie rap will tie or thanks again del
