Speedo/ rev counter removal

Posted: Fri Jul 28, 2023 10:47 amhas anyone any experience of changing the chrome bezel and renewing the glass on the speedo and rev counter? It looks like they might need to be levered off with a screwdriver but any advice from someone who's actually done it most welcome

Yes you can with a small screwdriver slowly and carefully peel the bottom side edge up.

Posted: Wed Aug 09, 2023 1:20 amIs it good practice to say maybe grease the bottom part of the rev counter cable I understand we shouldn't lube near the rev counter.
