MZ service tools.

Postby brennain1 » Thu Dec 18, 2014 6:36 am

Does anyone have any decent pictures or drawings of the MZ service tools, especially the engine service jig and how it attaches to the engine and the bridge that lies across the crankcase. I fancy making one of each but can't find a clear enough picture of either one. The manuals have drawings in the back but they're not very clear.

Best indicate which model too.

The ones in the Blue Manuals for my, still not useable, TS125 and TS250/1 are fine, down to hardness etc, etc.

I have scanned them, so if it helps, I can post, or answer any queries.

The bikes I want the service tools for are a Ts250/1 and an ETZ250.

Wow thank you, those are really clear pictures and drawings. Are they scanned from the back of the blue manuals or off the CD of the service manuals. In fact does anyone know how clear the pictures and drawings are on the CD.

As I said in my first reply, I scanned them from the Blue manuals.

I probably had it set to a higher than standard resolution, knowing what I was going to do with them.
