Home made Handguards MZ Saxon Tour

Got fed up with cold hands and no handguards would fit. So Made my own.
Clamps and plastic are from cycra, probend.
Bent some Wickes 14mmx5mmx1m flat bar into a nice curve using an old fork stantion.

the real advantage to these is every time mine falls over it breaks a lever

no other motorcycle brand in the usa uses this lever

and postage for a couple levers is almost as much as the levers :smt021

Are you sure? The clutch lever appears to be the same as some Moto Guzzis. Perch and lever on both (Rotax) MZ and later Guzzis are made by Domino.

Good job on the handguards! I managed to fit a pair of Acerbis Rally to my Saxon County back when, but it was really tight.
