standard silver Nickel, TS exhaust. Maybe your has been painted. Should affect the performance. See you have a non Mz front hub. Is it Japanese. Maybe more shoe surface and a much better and thicker lever/cable size at the shoe end. Or is it a dual linked lever. As I cannot see it.

I understand the front wheel is a complete Honda one. I believe it does give better braking. I do have the original TS one which I will be selling if anyone needs one.
The exhaust was already painted black when I got the bike. I also think the handle bars are different too.
I will be honest and I know it may upset some people on here, yet the plan is to paint the bike WW2 German grey and make it look a little older than it is. I want to change the handle bars to a wider set if possible and change the seat to a single one, if that’s possible also. Then have a paneer rack for the back to go over the rear wheel arch.

Do as you please , I don't know if any Mz owners on this forum are purist's. ( I'm not) With a Mzs of any type, you just use what's handy or availble.
I have used lots of parts on my Mzs (don't have one now) that Mz never sold (mostly Japanese) So whatever you do should be suitable to you. As it's yours.

Thanks for the positive feedback.
I do BBC a lot of WW2 living history, mostly US or british RAF but I fancied putting a small display together for a German dispatch rider. As I don’t have a full bike licence this was the next best thing.
As anyone ever tried fitting a springer seat to a TS

Firstly, the transformation is almost complete as you can see from the picture below.
But I do need to replace the clutch cable and possibly the throttle cable. Can anyone point me the right direction to purchase these.

Understand it’s not everyone’s taste, and to be honest I have kept all the bits I have taken off it so I can build it back to how it was. I do have a spare front wheel which I will be selling soon.

Clutch cables your on your own. They (TS 125 - 150 clutch cables) can be sourced on eboo or Amazonian.
As for throttle cables. I purchased a cheap cable off on eboo. It cost me £1:75 Inc p&p. I had to drill the original throttle housing (used a 6mm then 8mm drill to widen the slot the original cable went through) then tapped it. So I could take up the slack. The other end fitted straight into the carb and it worked grand. And I could adjust it at both ends. It was for a mini Moto.

So I have finally got the time all next it very little to change the throttle cable. The manual I have does tell you how to remove the old one from the throttle lever.
Can anyone point me in the right direct please.

I can remove the cable from the carb. But I can’t see how to remove it from the hand throttle.
