I've never had a problem with the nut coming loose. I do tend to install them with the original coller tightening/tyre iron tool and a mallet though.

On Burwins advising your middle one for 251/301s: my earlier pics of those collars are links to Guesi's site, which might possibly be more reliable in MZ matters. At any rate, it's the one in my 251.
